He Sees. He Forgives. He Heals

Luke 5:17-26

  1. The stage is set for the glory of God (vv. 17-19)

  1. The Son of Man sees the faith of the paralytic and friends (v. 20a)
  2. The Son of Man forgives the paralytic’s sins (v. 20b)

  1. To prove the Son of Man’s authority and ability to forgive sins, He does the “impossible;” command a paralyzed man to stand and walk (vv. 21-25)
