At Third Baptist Church, the preaching and teaching of God’s Word is central to everything we do. We are committed to expository preaching—teaching through books of the Bible verse by verse—so that Scripture shapes the life of the church and the lives of believers. Our desire is not simply to communicate ideas or opinions, but to faithfully proclaim the truth of God’s Word with clarity, conviction, and practical application. (2 Timothy 4:1–5, Nehemiah 8:8, Acts 20:27, Hebrews 4:12)
